Law Enforcement Agencies in Miami-Dade County, Florida Locate Missing Person Approximately 100 Blocks Away From Point Last Seen with SafetyNet® Tracking System

Law enforcement agencies in Miami-Dade County, FL, located a missing person with a cognitive condition using the SafetyNet® Tracking system. In this case, an 84-year-old man with Alzheimer’s was reported missing on April 13th at 2:00 PM. Authorities from law enforcement agencies in Miami-Dade County arrived on location and began searching for the individual.  After following the signal emitting from the missing individual’s SafetyNet Tracking bracelet, the individual was located approximately 100 blocks away from the last location seen at 5:15 PM.
